Welcome to another issue of the Hoshall's Salon and Spa newsletter.
It is paramount that we keep up to date with current trends and continue to hone our craft. Did you know that we send our hairdressers all over the country for training? We have kept our hairdressers busy this summer with workshops in Las Vegas, Atlanta, San Francisco and Los Angeles. We also bring in top educators for in-house seminars on a monthly basis.
I am also excited to announce a new division that we recently launched. Our exclusive New Talent Program allows you to book appointments for haircuts and color with a first-year stylist, working under the supervision of a senior stylist, at a 50% savings. Services are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Be sure to ask for more information about this program when you book your next service.

Question:
I would like to grow my hair out. What's the best way to accomplish this without sacrificing style?
Answer:
Many women get frustrated while growing out their hair. Yet skipping haircuts is not necessarily the best way to achieve a longer mane.
Most hair grows at an average of 1/4 to 1/2 inch per month so though your hair may be getting longer, without regular haircuts you sacrifice shape and accumulate split ends. You should plan to visit your hairdresser every six to eight weeks to have split ends trimmed. This can easily be accomplished without sacrificing length. After all, do you really want long hair that isn't healthy?
Also, you don't have to give up style while growing out your hair. Be sure to ask your stylist for suggestions on keeping shape by either modifying your existing cut or finding new ways to style your hair while in transition. With so many accessories available today, a pretty scarf or clip could help you achieve a polished look.
With proper maintenance and some styling techniques, your hair will be longer in no time and you will still look great along the way.

We have recently added three new state-of-the-art pedicure  stations. Each has an incredible massage feature that not only massages your back, but the foot sink massages your feet too! What could be better after a long day?
These new stations are also have high-tech drainage systems, making them cleaner and more sanitary than traditional pedicure stations.

Third Annual Power of Pink Day  Sunday October 7th
One in seven women will develop breast cancer in her lifetime and more than 200,000 women will be diagnosed this year alone.
